Return Window
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
- To initiate a return, please use the contact form with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
Return Shipping Costs
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We do not reimburse postage, courier fees, or related costs.
- If you request an exchange, you will also be responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 30 business days.
- Refunds will be deducted by the original shipping cost incurred by us for sending the item to you (even though outbound shipping was advertised as free).
- If the item is defective or incorrect, you will receive a full refund with no shipping deduction.
Condition of Returned Items
- Returned products must be in original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
- Items not meeting these requirements will not be eligible for a refund.
Non‑Returnable Items
- Clearance, final sale, and personalized products are not eligible for return or refund.
